SCVTalk welcomes a new author and other news

It's been a bit slow around SCVTalk.com this weekend, but we've been working in the background.

SCVTalk.com is pleased to announce and welcome Cal to our lineup of authors. Cal is a former newspaper reporter for The New Haven Register (Connecticut) who relocated to Santa Clarita (Stevenson Ranch) last year. Prior to her work as a reporter, Cal worked on Wall Street in Finance before she left the industry to obtain a master's degree in journalism. Cal has already distinguished herself on SCVTalk.com by writing several impactful editorials about the Hart School Board, new electrical towers in North Valencia, and other topics. She will continue to publish op/eds and apply her talents to other topics, including news and feature stories. Please join me in welcoming Cal to SCVTalk.com!
