The Santa Clarita City Council voted 3-2 tonight to change the remainder of San Fernando Road to Railroad Avenue. The change affects SFR from Lyons Avenue to Magic Mountain Parkway. Councilmembers Boydston and Ferry voted no on the item after four people, including Leon Worden, spoke about the matter before council.
