  • Technical Difficulties Plague Prayer Breakfast: A former high-ranking mobster was scheduled to speak at Thursdays Mayors/Mayor's/Mayors' Prayer Breakfast, but scheduling problems resulted in the audience of hundreds having to listen to a recorded message. The Signal
