Lombardi Ranch Pumpkin Patch Starts October 1st!

Attributed to Jeff Wilson (editor-supplied)

Starting Sunday, October 1st, Lombardi Ranch's Pumpkin Patch will be open from 9am to 6pm daily.  Lombardi Ranch is a local family-owned farm which has been in business for over thirty years, and their pumpkin patch is literally the best in the SCV!

Admission and parking is free. There are thousands of pumpkins of every variety to choose from, as well as Indian Corn, gourds and corn stalks. As always, fresh produce is available: fresh-picked corn, vine-ripened tomatoes, peaches, onions, peppers, and more. Be sure to walk the sunflower field called "Scarecrow Alley" and view the scarecrows built by various local kids groups.

Every weekend, for a small charge, there are wagon rides, a petting zoo, face painting, pony rides, train rides and a corn maze. Local bands will be performing from 10am to 5:30pm, and various non-profit organizations will stock the bake sale booth with freshly baked sweet goods.

Lombardi Ranch is located at 29527 Bouquet Canyon Road. For more information, including a map and a calendar of events, click here.
