- Hart District considers sending all Castaic high school students to Valencia High School, instead of splitting them up between West Ranch and Valencia. Of course this will change once/if Castaic gets its own high school SIGNAL
- In an oddly parallel story to the one above, the Department of Fish and Game has stopped sending rainbow trout to the Castaic Lagoon because it is concerned that the rainbow trout could mate with the steelhead trout that inhabit the Santa Clara River system. - Creepy 40 year old man rides his bike up to children and gives them gum, then starts behaving strangely, gets arrested by Deputies on “misdemeanor charges of sexual battery.” SIGNAL
