Lynne Plambeck and her SCOPE group are going to appeal a judge’s recent decision to throw out their case against the Mayo expansion project. Plambeck et al say that the judge expressed a personal disbelief in global warming, which biased his entire decision. The group says expanding Mayo will “ruin the whole complexion of our community.” SIGNAL

I giggle sometimes at BJ’s restaurant at Town Center. This, after growing up with BJ’s Wholesale Club (like Costco) in South Florida, without the same effect.
