I'm the kind of guy who stares at city skyline photos for hours and reads Wikipedia entries on the world's tallest buildings, so I'd like to thank the unnamed individual(s) who went to the trouble of creating 3D models of Santa Clarita's towering skyscrapers in Google Earth.
Behold the majestic Santa Clarita Valley skyline, coming to a postcard near you soon:
You couldn't get such dramatic, awe-inspring views in real life unless you climbed to the top of a firetruck's ladder or one of those neat movie camera boom cranes. If you were a baby finch taking his first flight, this would be your view! There's the Souplantation beneath the Moorish arches, the imposing Princes Cruises building in all her six story grandeur, the Hyatt Valencia, Tilted Kilt, and the Six Flags tower in the background.
Eat your heart out Seattle.

Now looking northeast, we see in the foreground the Johnny Rocket & Chipotle Twin Towers and the two guard spires that monitor the "City Gate" entrance to our vital & dynamic downtown core. You might as well rename TCD Wall Street West, because on the Winter Solstice, I hear the Princess Cruises tower can block out the sun if you stand close enough to it.
Let's continue our tour of the SCV's magnificent skyline by looking south down our own Le Grand Boulevard, McBean:
Wow. I mean, does anyone do parking garages quite like us? Brutalism fused with Southwest/Desert motifs and more spaces than you could hope for, even during a blockbuster movie weekend. It's so massive and imposing it's practically an affront to God, our own Tower of Babel if you will. And here's the kicker: it has a Buca Di Beppo. INSIDE.THE.GARAGE. No one does that, no one else would dare!
What's that in the distance? Do I spy the Union Bank & Wahoo Buildings adjacent to the Whole Foods multiplex?
I'm a champion Sim City player and never could I have created such an incredible skyline.
North, south, east, or west, the colorful Santa Clarita Skyline never disappoints. I'm looking forward to the day when our unnamed heroic 3D modelers complete models for the eastern side of downtown (EaDo) along Valencia Blvd, where the incredible Barnes & Noble Clock Tower keeps the town in sync, the B of A high rise keeps commerce humming, and the hulking City Hall Citadel keeps watch over us all.
