SCV Anonymous writes "Over 100 people are expected to turn out for the “Support Our Troops Rally” which will be held Saturday morning at 10 am. Bill Reynolds and Roy Burns have organized the rally. Both are active community members and Vietnam Veterans.
Word has spread quickly and the response has been terrific”, Bill said, “We were contacted by the “Proud Patriot Guard Riders” who will have over 25 members who will ride their motorcycles from as far away as Fontana to join our Rally.” Proud Patriot Guard Riders have often rallied for these types of events, however their primary purpose is to assist families at funeral services for our troops lost in battle.
When asked why they decided to organize this rally Bill replied, “I know Roy would join me in this statement…….we Vietnam Veterans do not wish to see today’s brave troops treated badly by American public opinion, nor failed by our political leaders as we were so many years ago.”
The Blue Star Mother’s will also be in attendance to show their support for their son’s and daughter’s serving in the military.
The public is invited to come to the rally on Saturday morning to show their support of our brave American troops
