- The talking points for annexation are settled: on the County’s side, annexation is a bad idea because it splits Castaic, and there wasn’t enough turnout after last fall’s vote. - Air Force guy denies that military fighter jets that flew over Santa Clarita on May 4 performed any aerobatic stunts. He said that if some airplane was doing stunts, it could have been Navy flyboys or Marine Corps airmen. Do these people have any credibility left? - Another California politics blogger is predicting that Santa Clarita will end up in a new, heavily Democratic district represented by Congressman Brad Sherman after the 2011 re-draw of Congressional districts. Frog and Turtle blog also added the Democratic Tahoe area to McKeon’s CA-25, which he says would make it harder for McKeon to get elected there, especially if Santa Clarita is subtracted from the sprawling district FROG AND TURTLE

- Lost Reax: I thought the finale was emotional, unsettling and thought provoking, but ultimately unsatisfying and a cop-out.
