When I communicated with Deputy City Clerk Susan Caputo today I told her that two words would make me happy and those two words are "Johnny Pride!"
Alas, not only did Johnny Pride not pull papers today no one else did either. So I will now take a moment to handicap the potential field as to whether or not they actually complete the qualification process:
