- During Wednesday's McKeon/Rogers debate, Rogers criticized McKeon for doing little to stop green-on-blue attacks in Afghanistan. But McKeon insisted he had written and passed a bill that would limit the use of contractors to protect US soldiers & Marines in Afghanistan. Today the Signal has some more reporting on that story, saying that McKeon's effort got wrapped up in the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act and passed the House in May, and is now waiting on the Senate.
