- A man and woman were found dead in a guest house by their landlord on Maple Street in Newhall yesterday. The landlord tells the Signal he thinks it was a murder-suicide, but all police are saying is that the deaths are "suspicious." The landlord says the couple, boyfriend and girlfriend and in their 50s, were "known to argue, screaming and yelling late at night" and says he was in the process of evicting them. CBS 2, SIGNAL
