- Looking at the Numbers: Much has been made of how cash-strapped the Acton Agua Dulce Unified School District is, and how its charter school plan is a revenue-raising tool. It apparently got Acton resident Ken Pfalzgraf wondering how much the AADUSD superintendent is paid, and he found that it's about $181,000 a year for the district of about 1,000 students. It's worth noting that's about 10 percent more than the superintendent salary of the much-larger Newhall School District. SCVNews
