- No formal charges have been made against the Canyon Country martial arts instructor who was accused of inappropriately touching a child in January. A detective investigating the case said it’s a case of he said/she said and the DA won’t bring charges, but the officer says he has “reason to believe this did occur.” The accused man, 64 yr old Dante Lusica, denies the allegations and says the woman who made them was being malicious, possibly for financial reasons. Recall that when this story broke readers were mad at the Signal and LASD for not releasing the man’s name; Dante Lusica is now living with the consequences. SIGNAL
