If the pending annexations get final approval, the city of Santa Clarita may pass Glendale as the 3rd largest city in LA County, while also topping 200,000 residents. SIGNAL

The 38th AD primary continues to attract attention, with the LA Times running a primer on the race. They don’t add anything especially new to the story, but it’s a good overview for those who haven’t been following the story. It has a more neutral tone, and it appears that the McKeons and friends of the McKeons cooperated with the piece, which suggests a shifting strategy. Very interesting. LA TIMES
T-Mobile backs down from Bossert’s army, will not build their westside tower. Calls to Bossert’s army went straight to voicemail. SIGNAL

In what almost sounds like a man bites dog story, a DUI checkpoint in Newhall nabbed two drivers on suspected DUIs. Who knew? SCVNEWS

I have never inhaled, but even I get the giggles over a press release from a company called “Hydro Grow”, selling “LED grow lights” that includes lines like this “…basically its motto is to reduce the costs of operation that is being carried out in the business and to bring more and more revenue to the organization.” I think they ran this one 15 days too early. We bid a fond farewell to a giant of our time, Mike Wallace, who passed away at 93. In college, I had the good fortune of seeing him speak. Apart from his feats of pioneering investigative TV journalism, he was an important figure in bringing the subject of clinical depression into the open. NYTIMES

For both Haueters it is only about securing fradulent endorsements for Buck and Patricia McKeon. THEY abuse their power to do this and the “infighting” by those that refuse to go along with the “RINOs” is somehow wrong? Please, please vote out the puppet master McKeon to rid us these fools.

Bossert doesn’t have an army. He would like “antennas” all over the westside so he wasn’t very helpful to our cause. We were very surprised that T-Mobile entirely dropped the issue. The article was skewed in favor of T-Mobile. I would estimate 95% of the people that we talked to wanted improved cell service, just not 100′ from our homes. We wanted it put up on the mountains, but I’m sure it was just too expensive to do for T-Mobile, compared to putting it on a pristine street corner that already had power, etc. The City of Santa Clarita already has laws on the books that won’t allow wireless telecommunication facilities within 500′ of a residential property. Maybe we should start blowing Bossert’s mind and talk about annexing again!
