Happy ending: the Barnes family of Santa Clarita adopted a puppy that had been stuffed into a trashbag and thrown into a dumpster while still alive. After the puppy's story aired earlier this week, they wrote an essay explaining why they'd like to adopt the puppy, and now, the Rot-mix from Riverside has been welcomed to the Barnes' home. CBS
