- Hard to write the Brief this morning as events in Boston unfold, but the Brief must go on! Listening to audio this morning on the way in, I was reminded of the crazy shootout in North Hollywood in 1997, but at least then, no police officers were killed. BOSTON GLOBE and TIMES have good coverage.

Do you feel less safe? KHTS
