When McLean says, "and I know how I want to live as a resident", I wonder if she is referring to her desire to be surrounded by digital billboards and live in a town where the public library is owned by a for profit corporation headquartered on the east coast.

The library is still public and it is owned by the City rather than the County. It is managed by a private, for-profit company. Is is so hard to get your facts straight?
