A lawsuit has been filed against Taco Bell alleging that what they advertise as ground “beef” is not really beef. Apparently their taco meat is only 36% ground meat; the rest is fillers and such tasty additives as silicon dioxide. (YAHOO)
And if you’re thinking about switching to burgers, you’ll have to pay more. The prices at McDonald’s are going up. In fact eating out in general is expected to go up 2.5% to 3% this year. (LATIMES)
GM is now selling more cars to China than to the U.S. And they like our RVs too. A Chinese businessman has made a deal with a Riverside firm to build and export $5 billion worth. (LATIMES)
